The Supreme Court on Thursday gave green signal to the release of the film Jhund on OTT platforms, setting aside the Telangana High Court order on the matter.

A Bench comprising Justice Indira Banerjee and Justice A.S. Bopanna observed that the High Court had overlooked the principles concerning the grant of interim relief in such matters and said that prima facie, the impugned order was against the balance of convenience.

The Apex Court listed the matter for final hearing on May 13.
