Supreme Court Collegium recommends elevation of 3 Chief Justices and 2 Judges of High Court to Apex Court

The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, has recommended elevation of Chief Justice and Judges of High Court to the Apex Court.

The Supreme Court collegium its meeting held on 13th December(today) has resolved to recommend the elevation of Chief Justices and Judges of High Court to be a part of Supreme Court.

The name of the five chosen judges is

1 Justice Pankaj Mithal (Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court)

2.Justice Sanjay Karol(Chief Justice Patna High Court)

3.Justice P.V Sanjay Kumar(Chief Justice Manipur High Court)

4. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah( Judge, Patna High Court)

5.Justice Manoj Mishra(Judge, Allahabad High Court)
